About the Conference
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
- Full papers should not exceed 6 pages, including references.
- All submissions must be in PDF format and adhere to the conference template (IEEE Template).
- Authors are invited to submit their full papers by 30th June 2025, Manuscripts submitted for the conference must be original, must not be previously published or currently under review anywhere. Manuscripts must be prepared using Latex, or Word using the following templates:

- A4 (DOC, 30 KB) Updated 2024
- LaTeX Template Instructions (PDF, 63 KB) [Be sure to use the template’s conference mode.]

- All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 program committee members. Prospective authors should send their manuscripts electronically through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) here: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/GENAI2025
Proposals Should Include:
- Title of the special session
- Description (300-500 words) outlining the session’s theme, relevance, and objectives
- List of confirmed speakers or contributors
- Any specific requirements or formats (e.g., panel discussions, workshops)
Submission Guidelines:
- Proposals should be submitted in PDF format.
- Please include the organizer’s name, affiliation, and contact information.
Important Dates:
